The Fine Print

A non-refundable investment deposit of 50% is required to reserve your date and your linens. All paperwork must be on file, or your order will not be delivered or shipped out.

*  Full payment is due 3 weeks before the date of your event. In the event that your check bounces, you will be required to pay any and all bank fees that we are charged.

*  All rental items remain the property of Chairished Events/ Chairish The Occasion
 
  Light soiling is acceptable. Permanent stains or damage will be charged accordingly - see our prices

*  Any additional charges for shipping, final balances, missing linens, and or sashes will be charged to your credit card.

* We have the right to substitute sash fabric if your desired sash fabric is not in stock at the time of shipment.

Please Note: Any lossed or Damaged Linen will incur a replacement charge of:

$25 per Chair Cover, $15 per Organza Sash or Poly Sash, $20 per Satin Sash, etc.  see contract for all replacement costs.

Our linens are triple counted before they are sent out and when they are returned. Our count, is deemed to be final for all linen rentals shipped out and for linen rentals returned to us.
This is just a partial list of our rental agreement. You will receive our full rental agreement once you have placed a non-refundable deposit on our website or we have taken your payment information by phone.
