*  A non-refundable deposit of $50% is required to reserve your date. All paperwork must be on file, or your date is not reserved.

*  Full payment is due 3 weeks before the date of your event.In the event that your check bounces, you will be required to pay any and all bank fees that we are charged.

*  All rental items remain the property of Chairish The Occasion and Chairished Events

*  Light soiling is acceptable. Permanent stains or damage will be charged accordingly - see our prices

*  Any additional charges for shipping, final balances, missing linens, and or sashes will be charged to your credit card.

* We have the right to substitute sash fabric if your desired sash fabric is not in stock at the time of shipment.

Please Note: Any lossed or Damaged Linen will incur a replacement charge of:

$15.00 per ChairCover, $3.00 per Sash, $2.00 per Napkin, etc.  see contract for all replacement costs.

Our linen count, is deemed to be final for all linen rentals shipped out and for linen rentals returned to us.
